What is the spa’s cancellation policy?
Scheduled appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring charges.

Is their an age requirement to enjoy spa services?
Wellness treatments at The Health Club are available for guests 18 years of age or older. Minors accompanied by an adult are welcome to enjoy spa services with parental consent.
How far in advance of my scheduled appointment should I arrive?
We encourage you to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so you may enjoy a refreshing shower, aromatic steam and a quiet moment before you treatment begins.
What should I wear for my treatment?
For in-house guests, we recommend wearing the bathrobe & slippers provided in the room. Robe and lockers are provided for your convenience. We suggest you to be dressed comfortably. You can be assured that all our therapists are highly trained professionals and you will be properly covered throughout your treatment.
Will my treatment be administered by a male or female therapist?
If you prefer a male or female therapist, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
What if I have a special health condition or concern?
Be sure to notify you therapist should you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, any other physical ailments and also if you are pregnant.
