Deposits are based on 20 % of the combined food and beverage minimum, plus the rental fees for the event space reserved and should be paid on the same date when the contract is signed. Three months prior to your event, 40% of the estimated charges are due. One month prior to your event, 40% of the estimated charges are due, if there will be any extras on the event date, it should be paid at the end of the event. By signing the confirmation, the client agrees to be responsible for the full payment of all charges when due. The hotel shall be entitled to charge a cancelation fee in the event the client cancels this agreement. The fee will be based on the minimum revenue required above in effect at the time written notice of cancelation is received. These amounts are due as liquidated costs and as not as a penalty.
