For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.

Is there a minimum age for enjoying spa services?
Minors may use the swimming pool when accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian between 09:00 – 17:00.
Minors aged 11 and younger may not use the fitness center.
Minors of all ages may not use spa facilities (e.g., lockers, whirlpools, saunas).
Minors aged 15 and younger may receive manicures and pedicures only when accompanied by a parent a legal guardian.
Minors aged 13 and younger may not receive massages or body treatments in guest rooms or private treatment rooms.
Minors of all ages may not receive body treatments.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of the treatment will be applied.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us four hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 24-hour notice.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in the spa treatment prices. They are a matter of personal discretion.
What is VAT?
18% VAT is included in the spa treatment prices.
What about payment for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler’s checks. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill or membership account if applicable. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Reservation Department before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, let us know. You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your treatment.

What should I wear for my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what is comfortable for you. Disposable undergarments for ladies are also available at the Spa.
What about my comfort?
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music. Notify us of any discomforts or preferences.

May I request a male or female therapist for the massage?
Yes, of course. Whether you choose a person of the same or opposite gender, all of our therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times. Please note your preference at the time you are scheduling your reservation.
May I request a male or female therapist for the Hamam treatments?
Our Hamams treatments will be performed by a therapist of the same gender as the guest. The Hamam for couples treatments will be facilitated with a male therapist.

When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to experience The Art of Steam & Sauna.
Who can help me decide how to choose my treatments?
Our Spa Reception will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments. Unique Spa combinations are specially designed to offer you a selection of our most popular spa treatments.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave such items in the safe in your hotel room. There are lockers available for your personal items in the spa facility and also safe box at the spa reception.
Should men shave before a facial?
Shaving isn’t necessary but it is recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial then be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
