He started his culinary exposures from his teaching experience in Culinary Institute Aldo Moro and years of fantastic work portofolio in various properties located across Europe and the USA such as The Montauk Yacht Club in New York, Torre di Pisa in New York and Villa Delle Rose and La Corte in Italy.
