The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is thrilled to announce the launch of two organic herb gardens and fruit orchards. This new project is being led by Executive Sous Chef Marc McDowell. There are currently 18 different varieties of basil, six types of beans, five varieties of beets, 15 types of peppers, five varieties of eggplant, 10 types of mint, 16 varieties of tomatoes and more than 30 types of fruit, being grown at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua!
