Barefoot Bootcamp - 9:15 a.m.
A mind/body-based workout that incorporates Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training Intervals. All move-ments are performed barefoot “Hawaiian Style” with detailed attention to form. Experience for yourself why a strong healthy body begins at your feet and creates balance throughout the entire body.

Ai Pono ‘Eat Well’ - 10:30 a.m. 
Enliven your culinary senses by joining one of our resort chef’s on a complimentary interactive tour of our Chef’s Gardens. This educational adventure encourages healthy living for a sustainable future. The tour begins at the Ambassadors Hale; Advance reservations are required.

Kapalua Fitness Walk - 7 a.m.
Start the day right! Take a brisk 2.5 mile walk around the Kapalua community. Sneakers are required.

Beyond the Barre Workout - 9:15 a.m.
This fun inspired full body workout is a fusion of ballets, Pilates, & yoga, using precise isometric movements to get deep (burn) inside the muscles and active stretching to elongate the muscles. Sculpt, stretch, and strengthen your way to a long, lean, physique.

A Sense of Place - 10 a.m.
A Sense of Place begins with the presentation of the award-winning documentary Then There Were None followed by a discussion of the history and subjects discussed in the film. A guided walking tour of the Honokahua Preservation Site explains its significance to ancient Hawaiians and its’ role today. Location may vary, please confirm with Front Desk.
