Breathing Breakout: The essence of life, a simple breath is extremely powerful in relaxing the body, relieving stress, and clearing the mind. Certified fitness instructors teach your attendees how to maximize their breathing, enabling them to live and work more efficiently.
Posture Perfect: Fighting fatigue and aches and pains can be as simple as sitting up straight. Attendees will learn simple exercises to help them achieve and maintain ideal posture throughout long work days, helping to increase comfort level and reduce common pains associated with poor posture like low back and neck pain.
Chair Exercises: A simple work-out while you work. Focused isometric seated exercises tone and strengthen abdominal, back and leg muscles without standing up or breaking a sweat.
Ergonomics: Safety first. This session will provide instruction on how to sit properly, set up work stations safely, and avoid pain and repetitive stress injuries like carpel tunnel.
Taiji – Ideal after long meeting sessions. Incorporates a gentle series of basic Taichi movements done in standing poses to warm-up stiff joints and tight muscles without perspiring.
Taiji Walking and Taiji Ball – Taiji Walking allows us to reign in our senses by using slow movements to gently stretch the body and then calm the senses through a series of simple steps done upright in a walking style. This marriage of breathing and slow stepping creates inner harmony and generates mental focus. Taiji Ball enhances energy using circular arm movements coordinated with gentle up and down motion of the legs in a stationary standing posture, brings greater clarity to the mind while encouraging blood circulation.
Qigong – Following an exciting and interactive brainstorming session, pull all those fresh ideas into place with breathing and standing poses that centers the inner calm and alert mind.
Partner Yoga – Promote team building with a series of stretching exercises done seated or standing. These partnered exercises help with blood circulation and provide a mental break.
Yoga Nidra, Basic Breathing or Meditation – A mini-retreat for the mind that revitalizes the entire system. Verbally guided techniques are designed to calm the mind and are done standing, seated, or lying down.
