Your wedding manager will orchestrate your entire wedding and reception from the ceremony rehearsal to wishing you a fond farewell as you depart for your honeymoon.
Your wedding designer is part of the Creative Event Services team and will assist you with all of your decorative, floral and entertainment visions.

As trends continuously change with each season, The Ritz-Carlton suggests planning your menu 4-6 months from the date of your wedding.

Act as your on site wedding manager to coordinate your wedding day and all services directed
through the hotel.
· Assist with etiquette and protocol for invitations, family matters, ceremony and toasts.
· Assist you with monitoring the status of reservations in your guest room block (if applicable).
· Personally oversee the details of the bride and groom’s room reservations (if applicable).
· Recommend Special Event Professionals/ Vendors to provide wedding music, photography,
ceremony officiate, invitations and amenities.
· Be the liaison with all your selected vendors.
· Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections.
· Detail your Banquet Event Order and Wedding “Resume” outlining all of your event specifics and
overnight accommodations to ensure that all information is communicated successfully to the operational
team of the Hotel.
· Create an estimate of charges outlining your financial commitments and deposit schedule.
· Create a floor plan of your function space in order for you to plan and provide the Hotel with your seating
arrangements.
· Create a detailed timeline for your wedding ceremony and reception.
· Organize and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal.
· Confirm call times and details with all vendors several days prior to the wedding day.
· Oversee the ceremony and reception room(s) set-up, food preparation and other Hotel operations.
· Be on site for your wedding ceremony and ensure a seamless transition to the Banquet Captain for your
wedding reception on the day of your event.
· Ensure the ladies have their corsages and bouquets, etc., and assist with the pinning of the gentlemen’s
boutonnières.
· Coordinate your actual ceremony (i.e. line up bride party, assist bride with dress, etc)
· Coordinate your reception (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
· Coordinate with vendors and the Hotel Banquet Captain to ensure timeliness of your events.
· Collect any personal items you may have brought at the conclusion of the reception.
· Review your banquet checks for accuracy, prior to the completion of your final bill.
