Internationally acclaimed celebrity chef, Susur Lee of “Lee” & "Bent” restaurants in Toronto, Canada will serve as a guest chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe this January.
Chef Lee will prepare a five-course, prix fixe menu for up to 150 dining guests at Manzanita, the resort’s signature restaurant. The special one-night-only dinner will feature a “Game Dinner” menu created and prepared by Chef Lee himself.
