This summer sees the opening of the new restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow by the renowned Moscow restaurateur Arkady Novikov. The flagship Novikov project has the same name and concept as his restaurant in London opened in 2012. Novikov Restaurant & Bar is located at the lobby level in the place of Gingko. Chef Lloyd Roberts from London presents Asian cuisine classics.

A hot spot for celebrities around the world, the O2 Lounge bar and restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow presents a fully renovated open terrace that has been turned into a summer garden with magnificent views over the Red Square and the Kremlin. The new culinary concept by our Executive Chef Nicolas Courtois is inspired by Parisian bistros and Côte d’Azur cafés. New items are also offered at the sushi bar from the acclaimed chef Seiji Kusano. The beverage menu features lemonades with an intriguing palette of tastes and many new and exciting summer cocktails. On top of it, a very special offer awaits Champagne lovers.

This season sees the launch of the fully renovated O2 Lounge summer terrace offering not only an option of relaxing in style in the lounge area. From now on business meetings or a festive dinner can also be arranged in the brand new dining area. Large amounts of greenery that varies from box trees to climbing ivy give an invigorating ambience and amazing panoramic views over the historical city center make every experience special. Spacious sunbeds are a great choice for tasting new cocktails and lemonades while enjoying Moscow cityscape, famous for its eclectic nature.
