Chef Guillaume Robin joined The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples in November 2009, as Chef de Cuisine of Lemonía at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples.

Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Chef Robin was as Chef de Cuisine at The Setai, South Beach, Miami in The Grill, a French-Mediterranean restaurant. He has worked in the kitchens of Forbes Five Star and Michelin Star restaurants in bustling cities across the world, including London, Dublin, and Cannes.

Chef Robin moved to the United States in 2001, to work as a Sous Chef for The InterContinental Miami, and in 2003, he served as Chef de Cuisine for Celebrity Cruises, under the direction of Three-Star Michelin Master Chef Michel Roux. He later joined Sonesta Hotels in St. Maarten, before returning to the United States in 2007. Chef Robin was born and raised in France and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Pontivy, France.
