Signature dishes on Lemonía's new seasonal summer menu include creamy burrata cheese accompanied by local berries, aged balsamic, fine olive oil; sunchoke soup with Maine lobster; olive oil-poached salmon with white asparagus and a poached egg; and a grilled beef tenderloin with stone ground grits and pinot noir reduction.
Lemonía also features decadent dessert favorites—with a twist—like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake with a vanilla caramel anglaise and Strawberry Shortcake with a lemon emulsion, vanilla mascarpone cream, and lemon-lime sorbet. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful, passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
