For receptions of a hundred guests or more, a tasting is scheduled 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date at which time the bride and groom will meet the culinary team and select the menu.

• Herb and Pecorino Crusted Roasted Rack of Colorado Lamb, Baby Carrots, Watercress Mashed Potato, Caramelized Cauliflower, Truffle Persillade
• Bittersweet Chocolate Tart, German Chocolate Cake ,
  Banana Walnut Ice Cream, Apricot Sauce

• Baked Almond Crusted Goat Cheese with Red Oak,
  Watercress, Asparagus, Marinated Yellow and Red Tomato with Almond Vinaigrette
• Grilled Tuna with Petit Pois, Wild Mushrooms, Oven Dried Tomatoes and
  Sweet Pea Emulsion
• Chocolate Orange Napoleon with Blueberry Compote
