Wedding cakes are often considered the centerpiece of the reception. The hotel recommends Ron Ben-Israel Cakes and Sylvia Weinstock Cakes Ltd.
For receptions of a hundred guests or more, a tasting is scheduled 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date at which time the bride and groom will meet the culinary team and select the menu.
