The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park is proud to produce fine pastries, cakes and sweet delicacies in its in-house pastry shop, under the guidance of acclaimed Executive Pastry Chef Joseph Murphy.  Our pastry shop is more than happy to create the cake of your dreams, tailored to your specifications and executed beyond your expectations.

If you prefer to work with an outside vendor for your wedding cake, we are more than happy to slice your cake in our pastry shop and serve it on hand-decorated plates.
