Hotel Policies


  • Cancellation at our Orlando vacation resort is permitted up to five days prior to arrival
  • Check-In: 3 p.m. / Check-Out: 11 a.m.
  • All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking; there are designated outdoor smoking areas
  • Daily self-parking: $18.00 plus tax; daily valet parking and overnight valet parking: $25.00 plus tax.
  • Pets are allowed on property following these specific guidelines
    • Only dogs and cats 25 lbs or less are permitted
    • There is a limit of one pet per room
    • There is a one time $250 cleaning fee per room
    • Non-service animals are prohibited from the Spa, pool and restaurant areas
