Adams takes his global knowledge and gastronomic expertise to The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach. A native of Florida, Don has contributed to the tourism/hospitality industry within the Food and Beverage specialty. He brings over 12 years of wine expertise to the resort through a variety of spirited initiatives including wine certifications, winemaker dinners, chef’s table events, custom wine paired dinners and tastings.
