Facing the panoramic ocean views of the Atlantic, this brand new facility features the latest in weight training and Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, personalized stationary bicycles featuring the Lance Armstrong 'Tour de Spin'; all equipped with cardio-theatre personal flat screen televisions. For guests who prefer a more personalized workout, boot camp classes and yoga sessions on the beach are also available.
