What type of china and glassware do you provide?
Our classic bridal white Rosenthal bone china is a perfect accompaniment to our legendary Cobalt Blue Water Goblet and Cobalt Blue Rimmed Base Plate with our Traditional Gold Lion Logo. Clear Water Goblets and White Base Plates are available if you choose not to use our signature cobalt blue. White votive candles are also provided.
Can you provide florals for the ceremony and floral décor for the reception?
The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City is proud to recommend several local florists who can assist in creating custom floral arrangements to accommodate your vision for the décor of your reception and ceremony.
Can you provide the wedding cake?
We are proud to recommend our award winning Pastry department to assist you in creating a specially designed Wedding Cake from the traditional to the contemporary. Select your favorite from our pictures or bring us pictures of your favorite wedding cakes. Our fabulous and delicious cakes are traditionally covered in Fondant Icing and decorated with Royal Icing. Your wedding cake is included in your dinner price. Depending on the intricacy of the designs and fillings; additional costs may apply.
Do you offer discounted room rates for wedding guests?
The Ritz-Carlton is pleased to offer its Brides and Grooms the option of establishing a block of guestrooms for Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, based on availability. One of our sales associates will be happy to assist you with this. Guest room rates do not include breakfast, taxes, or overnight valet parking of $25.00.
Do you offer a special room rate for the Bride and Groom?
The Ritz-Carlton is delighted to offer you a Complimentary Suite for the Bride and Groom for the evening of your wedding.
Do you offer valet parking for wedding guests?
The Ritz-Carlton provides reduced parking rates for Valet Parking on the day of your event, at the rate $15 per car. You may choose to host the parking for your guests.
What are your food and beverage minimums and room rental fees?
Please consult with one of our wedding specialists to discuss food and beverage minimums and rental fees.
How much of a deposit is required to reserve space?
Deposits are based upon the number of guests and the amount of space reserved. A non-refundable deposit, based on 25% of the estimated charges, is required to confirm any banquet space. A credit card is also required to establish your account with us. An estimated balance is due 10 days prior to your event.
How much is the service charge and sales tax?
A 22% taxable service charge and a 9% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.
