The Diplomat
A perfect venue for an intimate wedding or reception, The Diplomat Room is located on the first floor of the hotel and features the traditional elegance that is the hallmark of The Ritz-Carlton.  Offering a charming ambience, the room is uniquely decorated with antique tapestries, classic original artwork, beautiful mahogany china cabinets a baby grand piano and is accented with stunning crystal chandeliers.  The Diplomat Room can accommodate approximately 90 distinguished guests for a seated evening event to include space for a dance floor and entertainment.
The Plaza Ballroom
Warm hues of burgundy and marigold extend the warmest of welcomes to guests upon entering The Plaza Ballroom.  Appointed with decorative columns, traditional artwork and gilded crystal chandeliers, The Plaza Ballroom will add character to your important event or celebration.  As the hotel's most versatile room, The Plaza Ballroom is divisible into four distinct rooms of various sizes.  The entire Plaza Ballroom can accommodate up to 140 guests including space for a dance floor and entertainment.
The Grand Ballroom
Upon ascending The Grand Staircase, guests are presented with The Terrace Foyer, a wonderful setting with floor to ceiling windows ideal for cocktail receptions prior to your important event in The Grand Ballroom.  Featuring neutral hues coupled with traditional décor, The Grand Ballroom is the ideal venue for larger affairs while still maintaining a very intimate ambience.  From pale gold silk wall coverings to hand crafted crystal chandeliers, The Grand Ballroom is appointed with custom artwork and offers a pillar free environment.  For guest convenience, The Grand Ballroom is divisible into three separate Salons and can accommodate approximately 600 persons.

For guests seeking a more contemporary space, The Ambassador Room offers a departure from the traditional.  Welcoming guests with hues of red and silver, The Ambassador Room features a marble fireplace creating an intimate and warm ambience, a fixed marble bar, vaulted ceilings with gold chandeliers and a private entry foyer.  Located on the first floor of the hotel, the room can accommodate approximately 70 guests comfortably.
