For use at events with 100 attendees or less.
Sound System, Package 3 - $350.00/day
*One lectern microphone with audio console, two Meyers UPM speakers and stands, and all required cabling.
For use at events with more than 100 attendees.
*A wireless hand-held or lavaliere microphone may be added to a sound system for an additional $150.00 per microphone. Set-up requiring more than four microphones will require a larger audio console at an additional charge. Set-ups requiring five or more microphones will require an audio technician.

*Plasma monitor with hydraulic stand and drape, VGA cable and all required cabling, extension cords, etc.
Small Room LCD Package - $950.00/day
*LCD projector (3,800 lumens), projection cart with drape, tripod screen to accommodate room size up to 8’x8’, wireless mouse/laser pointer and all required cabling, extension cords, etc.
Petite Ballroom Data Display Package - $1,150.00/day
*LCD projector (4,000 lumens), projection cart with drape, 6’ x 8’ fast-fold screen, wireless mouse/laser pointer and all required cabling, extension cords, etc.
Grand Ballroom Computer Data Display Package - $1,500.00/day
*LCD projector (6,500 lumens), projection cart with drape, Fast-Fold screen with dress kit to accommodate room size up to 9’x12’, wireless mouse/laser pointer and all required cabling, extension cords, etc.
LCD Support Package - $250.00/day
*For guests wishing to utilize their own LCD projector, the audio/ visual department will supply a projection cart with drape, tripod screen to accommodate room size up to 8’x8’, and all required cabling, extension cords, etc. Fast-fold screen may be substituted for an additional $100.
Monitor/ VCR or DVD Package - $290.00/day
*27” flat screen Sony monitor with DVD/VCR combo unit, 54” display cart with drape, all cabling, extension cords, etc.
Overhead Projection Package - $175.00/day
*Overhead projector (4000 lumens), projection stand with drape, tripod or wall screen to accommodate room size up to 8’x8’, all required cabling, extension cords, etc.
Fast-fold screen may be substituted for an additional $100.

*Technician service rates
· Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. : $85.00 / hour
· Monday – Friday, 6 p.m. – Midnight : $95.00 / hour
· Midnight – 7 a.m., weekends and holidays : $105.00 / hour
· There is a half-day (five hour) minimum for technician labor
· Audio, PowerPoint and Lighting Technicians available
