Powerscourt Golf Club-The East Course

  • Opened in 1996, this magnificent golf course was designed by Walker Cup Captain Peter McEvoy
  • Parkland course with moorland
  • Features of this course include its contoured undulating greens, the different moods it possesses on different days and how bravery is rewarded for those who take risks
  • Hosted the Smurfit Irish PGA Championship in 1998 and the AIB European Senior Tour in 2001

Powerscourt Golf Club-The West Course

  • This panoramic Parkland course opened in 2003 and was designed by David McLay Kidd
  • The West Course offers a variety of challenging holes, presenting a fresh perspective on the stunning scenery of Powerscourt Estate for the professional as well as the occasional golfer

Druids Glen

  • Located 16 km/9 miles east of The Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt
  • Designed by Pat Ruddy & Tom Craddock
  • The classic parkland course features many signature holes and provides golfers with a thrilling experience admidst a beautifully manicured landscape, whilst the flora and fauna of the Glen provide a colourful backdrop  
  • Druids Glen was home of the Irish Open for 4 years from 1996 to 1999 and hosted the Seve Trophy in 2002
  • In 2000/2001 Druids Glen was honoured to receive the award of European Golf Course of the Year, from the International Association of Golf Tour Operators

Druids Heath

  • Combination of links, heathland and parkland golf

The Royal Dublin Golf Club

  • Located 32km/19 miles northeast of The Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt
  • Originally created in the 1920s by Harry Colt, a legend of golf design, the Royal Dublin was extended for the modern era in recent years under guidance of renowned golf architect Martin Hawtree
  • Enjoy the stunning scenery on the north side of Dublin Bay
  • This famous links course, surrounded by a nature reserve, provides an exciting challenge that has been enjoyed by golfing greats and amateurs alike for over 100 years

  • Opened in 1894, the championship course offers a classic, traditional challenge
  • Within the curve of the Howth peninsula, it offers stunning views of Ireland's Eye and Lambay Island, rising sharply from deep waters

  • Established in 1890 and surrounded by the sea on three sides, it enjoyes a unique setting
  • Course design improvements made by Fred Hawtree, Eddie Hackett and more recently Martin Hawtree, ensuring that the true nature and character of the links are enhanced
