After five years Greystones Arts Festival is back. The festival provides an opportunity for Greystones to celebrate its beautiful town. In 2008 it was awarded the most liveable town in the world. The festival begins with workshops of all elements. It will include music, street theatre and performances, comedy and a lot more in-store. Flora Women's Mini Marathon

The Flora Women's Mini Marathon is the biggest all women's event of its kind in the world. It began in 1983 with almost 9,000 participants to a starring 40,057 women participating in 2011. It’s not only the women that benefit but the charities are also the big winners. The event is known worldwide with women from a number of different countries participating and joining in the fun. The Enchanted Garden at Kilruddery

This is a family arts festival that takes place each year in Kilruddery Gardens. There are many activities in place for families to get involved in the arts in a fun and playful environment. Bloomsday in Bray

Bloomsday in Bray is going to celebrate the life and works of James Joyce, one of the world’s most influential writers. James Joyce’s childhood home is situated in 1 Martello Terrace and this is where the celebrations will begin; with a reading from his most famous work, Ulysses.

The day will continue with music, songs and various scenes from the book being played out around the town. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea will take place and the festival will be concluded with a wine reception in the Town Hall Medieval Chambers.
