What if I am pregnant?
We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
What about special health considerations?
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, recent medical or cosmetic procedures or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation.
Do I need to book my spa times far in advance?
To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our specialist Spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we do advise booking in advance.
Are Gift Certificates available for the Spa?
Gift vouchers are available for two-hour treatments, Day Spa Programmes and products, and are an ideal present for someone special. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment or purchase.
Do you provide a bathrobe?
Yes. We provide bathrobe and slippers to all guests who have booked a treatment at ESPA. Locker facilities are available for all visitors.
Am I allowed to use all facilities if I have booked a treatment?
All treatments include the use of the Treatment Thermal Suites and Relaxation Area.
The Swimming Pool and Fitness facilities are available for use for all residential Hotel guests, members of The Cedar Club and Day Spa guests.
How should I be dressed for the sauna and steam room?
Our Pool, Hammam and Hot Pool are unisex therefore the use of swimwear is essential.
We would like to invite residential Hotel guests to arrive at the Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in their room.
The Spa will provide abundant towels and amenities required for use during your visit.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
The minimum age requirement for treatments in the Spa is 16 years.
Can couples be treated together at The Spa?
Yes. We have special treatment rooms capable of treating two guests at once.
What is the cancellation Policy?
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or Spa Programme not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours of treatment time will incur a 100% charge.
