Participate in our Jerk classes and learn about the origins of “Jerk”, the ingredients used in making it and how to use it in preparing your favorite meals. This interactive cooking class is hosted by our Chef and also features live demonstrations on how to prepare foods using the Jerk seasoning and also guests will have the opportunity to sample the dishes during the classes. After the class each guest will receive a certificate of participation and also a pamphlet with popular Jamaican recipes to take home and prepare.
