Pop-Up Dinner at Parallel 37

We invite you to a special pop-up dinner at Parallel 37 on Sunday, June 23, featuring local Chef Hiroo Nagahara of The Chairman Truck in collaboration with Parallel 37 Chef Michael Rotondo. After working together in the past at Charlie Trotter's in Las Vegas, Chef Nagahara and Chef Rotondo have both made their homes in San Francisco. Good friends, they are excited to join forces to create a one-night-only, six-course tasting menu that will showcase a unique blend of Japanese-inspired dishes and nature-driven Modernist cuisine. The pop-up menu, available for one evening only, is $100 per guest with the option to add a beverage pairing for an additional $70 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are highly recommended as this event is limited to 40 guests.
