has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in strategic culinary operations planning, creation of new menus and leading highly motivated culinary brigades to excellence. He has led teams to success in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau in 2009 and 2010, insisting on superior quality ingredients and innovative ideas to create authentic Cantonese cuisine that appeals to discerning palates. His authentic, yet creative, Cantonese cuisine inspires patrons from Shanghai, China and beyond.
A trendsetter in modern Chinese cuisine, celebrity chef Sam Leong
has helmed several establishments, and served world-famous public figures in his illustrious career that spans 26 years. In 2008, he clinched the Five-Star Diamond Award and was included amongst the ranks of the finest chefs in the world by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.
