For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.
What should I wear?
We would like you to feel totally at ease, and will not do anything that may make you feel uncomfortable. Robes and slippers are provided in the changing rooms for your convenience.
In consideration of other guests, kindly wear a bathing suit when using the spa facilities. Suitable sports attire and footwear should be worn at all times when using the gym.
What if I have a special health consideration?
Guests are reminded to inform their spa therapist about any health concerns or medical conditions. Please remember that the spa is a non-smoking environment.
Do I need to notify you in case of a cancellation?
A six-hour advance cancellation notice is required for all treatments, and a 24-hour advance cancellation notice period is required for all treatment packages. Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge of the treatment price.
Are there any spa restrictions?
In order to maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, guests are requested to switch their mobile phones to non-ringing or silent mode and to take all calls in the reception area. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the spa. It is recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol within 8 hours of your treatment.
When should I arrive?
Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa’s facilities before or after their treatments, taking their time to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the spa.
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time to enjoy a refreshing shower, steam bath and a moment of tranquility in the relaxation area before your treatment begins.
Please keep in mind that arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. Treatments will end as scheduled so other guests are not inconvenienced.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom.
Should I shave before my treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. For men, shaving is recommended, but not necessary, prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your appointment.
How do I book my treatment?
The spa provides complimentary access to all guests staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh. Treatment and therapy rates are exclusive of taxes and are subject to change. A valid credit card is required to book and schedule treatments and therapies.
