Relax and unwind in the lounge named after famed American glass artist Dale Chihuly. Linger over light meals and Bernardaud afternoon tea or sip cappuccinos and cocktails in the presence of Chihuly’s stunning glass sculpture.

  • Traditional Afternoon Tea from 2:30 - 5 p.m., Monday to Friday
  • Weekend Afternoon Tea buffet from 2:30 - 5 p.m., available on Saturday and Sunday
  • Cocktails and bar bites available daily from 11 a.m. - 12 midnight
  • Roberto plays Latin jazz, lounge and international favourites from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday

The Taste of a Mediterranean Summer
Summer is in the air at Chihuly Lounge with weekend afternoon tea featuring an array of new desserts inspired by the lush Mediterranean. Executive Pastry Chef Terence Pang presents ten whimsical desserts that recall exotic sandy beaches such as Olive Macron Starfish, Rose Almond Sun Hat Cakes and Caramel Mediterranean Salt Truffle Pearls.

Spring Weekends at Chihuly Lounge have just become sweeter with the delightful range of cheese based desserts that accompany this season’s Spring Weekend Afternoon Tea.
