A regional initiative launched by The Ritz-Carlton Hotels across Asia, Smile Asia Week will involve pastry chefs across the region creating different cake flavours to sell to raise funds for Operation Smile. An international children’s medical charity, Operation Smile provides surgical care for children suffering from facial deformities like cleft lip and cleft palate, and gives them a reason to smile again.

At The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, a Valrhona Chocolate and Banana Cake has been specially crafted by our pastry chefs for this worthy cause. Each 500g cake is priced at SGD 33 nett, and all proceeds from the sale of the cakes will go towards Operation Smile.
