Can I have my wedding on the beach?
Yes. We are equipped to hold ceremonies on the beach, but the wedding must be planned 60 days in advance to ensure that we adhere to Miami beach permitting.
What does a typical wedding cost at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach?
The cost varies from wedding to wedding based on the brides and grooms preferences.
If I get married on Friday, will my wedding be less expensive than holding it on a Saturday?
The skilled staff that make up the meeting and special events department apply the same detailed touches that we do for our Saturday night weddings to Friday evening events. Therefore, the cost is the same.
Can I have my photos taken at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach?
We do allow guests who are getting married at the hotel to have photos taken. There is a fee for brides and grooms who are not getting married at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach.
Can you hold my dress before the wedding?
Due to liability reasons, we are not able to hold dresses beforehand.
Can I have my dress shipped?
We can provide contacts of local vendors in the area that will receive, press and deliver your dress directly to the hotel in time for your wedding day.
Can I use my own make-up artist and hair dresser?
Yes. We also offer professional make-up artists and hairdressers in our Spa salon to take care of you and your party.
Do you have a pastry chef on site to make wedding cakes?
Yes. Our Executive Pastry Chef Stuart Whalan is skilled in making any creation you dream up and also can mirror cake photos.
Is there someone to assist us on our wedding day?
Yes. In addition to one of our catering managers who will be with you at all times, we offer a wedding concierge who will help put the finishing touches during your special day.
I’m from out of town and I’m not sure which vendors to use. Can you recommend any?
Yes. We can provide a peferred vendor list and when you choose your vendors, we’ll work hand-in-hand with them to ensure your wedding is a complete success. Just keep in mind that any vendors you choose must have $1 million liability insurance.
