Each of these limited-seating events benefits a local charity and features a tantalizing menu of entrees, cocktails and desserts. The menus are designed by Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis Executive Chef Melissa Lee and Executive Pastry Chef Nathaniel Reid around locally-sourced ingredients using a local, specialty purveyor from the area.
