Executive Chef Melissa Lee has just announced the dates for 2013 Cooking School.

Cooking class students will learn great cooking tips and recipes, but will also enjoy the chance to work one-on-one with the Ritz-Carlton chefs and pepper them with cooking questions of all kinds.

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis cooking class is $89 per person, which includes a continental breakfast and a Ritz-Carlton holiday recipe booklet. Participants also will enjoy lunch consisting of the dishes they make in class. For reservations, call (314) 719-1433. Space is limited.
