Operation Backpack
Since 1981, Operation Foodsearch has been providing food and other basic necessities to individuals in need. Operation Backpack is an essential program providing food to students in the St. Louis Public Schools who are at risk for hunger over the weekend. Group volunteers fill bags with selected items, ensuring each school's bin has the correct number of bags, which are later distributed to the students. This meaningful socially responsible activity allows participants to work toward a common goal of giving back to the community and to the children who are the beneficiaries.
