Cake layers made with fresh sweet butter. Best when accented with one or a combination of the following fillings: Vanilla, Grand Marnier, Fresh Citrus, Strawberry Mousseline, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Passion Fruit, Frangelico, Lemon Curd, Baileys Curd, Raspberry Preserves, Apricot, Praline, and Mocha.

RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE
Made with Extra dark cocoa and a hint of spice. Combine with one or a combination of the following fillings: Vanilla, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Mocha (Espresso & Chocolate), Praline, Grand Marnier , Frangelico, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Amaretto, and Raspberry Preserves.

YELLOW LAYER CAKE
Old-fashioned cake with a buttery-vanilla flavor. Best when filled with one of the following: Grand Marnier, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon Curd, Apricot, Passion Fruit, Dark Chocolate Ganache, and Raspberry Preserves.
