For an elegant July 4th option, Bleuwater will host a five course meal, inspired by American and Caribbean tastes. Take a seat inside among the modern décor, or outside with views of Great Bay, an enjoy the holiday with a savory dinner prepared by Chef Susanto. A vegetarian option is also available.

By popular demand, we are pleased to be offering Chef Michael’s house made preserves on the Bleuwater breakfast buffet. Guests are also welcome to take a jar home as a memory of their time in St. Thomas. Current flavors include strawberry, mango and blackberry piña colada.
