What better way to create a magical evening than with the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop? The tone is set by melodic waves that gently caress the white sand, while a cool breeze flickers the flames of tiki torches. Bask in each other’s company as your personal butler takes care of everything – all that’s left to you is pleasure and enjoyment.

Allow our chefs to create a memorable evening with a delectable menu from Bleuwater or Coconut Cove that can be customized to your desires. From candles to the musician of your choice, dining on the beach is a one-of-a-kind and wonderful treat at The Ritz-Carlton, St.Thomas.

The Art of Sushi 
Join our sushi chef every Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. in GBL to learn the secrets to making delicious nigiri and hand rolls. You’ll learn how to make the perfect sushi rice and proper slicing techniques so everything’s ready to roll. At the end of the class, enjoy your delicious creations. Reservations required.
