Join our sushi chef every Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. in GBL to learn the secrets to making delicious nigiri and hand rolls. You’ll learn how to make the perfect sushi rice and proper slicing techniques so everything’s ready to roll. At the end of the class, enjoy your delicious creations. Reservations required.

Choose your favorite fresh ingredients and watch as it is all expertly cooked right before your eyes at GBL’s endless noodle station. Every Wednesday and Friday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
