Though rather unassuming, the chef, skilled beyond most in both the art of teppanyaki preparation and the selection process of simply choosing the best beef that will be grilled and served.
The team also uses specialty cooking spices such as garlic sauce that has been aged for six months, and grape-seed oil that was made and imported from Italy.
Besides enjoying a well-balanced meal that is healthy, dining guests will also enjoy the plentiful selection of seasonal vegetables, varied menus – to break from the typical “garlic rice” ending – and one-of-a-kind cooking methods of grilling for both the beef and bounty.
