What is proper Spa etiquette?
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guest’s rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones or pagers within the Spa. Smoking is prohibited throughout the Spa.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
By arriving late you will limit the time of your treatment. Please be aware it will not be possible for late arrivals to receive an extension to their treatments.
How do I pay for the Spa services?
Hotel guests can put the Spa services on their room bill or pay by credit card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% charge.
What happens if I forget my appointment?
Do not forget, please! You will lose your appointment with no right of refund.
Are children permitted at the Spa pool?
Children under 6 years are not permitted. Children between 6 and 12 years old are permitted from 1.00 PM to 3.00 PM, only when accompanied by an adult (who will register at the Spa reception as the person responsible for the child). Maximum 8 children allowed at the same time.
How long before should I check in to receive my treatments?
It is advisable to arrive at the Spa reception at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment reservation. If you wish to fully enjoy our facilities, we recommend you to check in one hour ahead.
What kind of precautions should I take before having a spa treatment?
It is recommended that you do not drink alcohol or eat heavily, if at all, before receiving the treatments, using the saunas, the steam baths or any treatments that generate heat. Do not wax your legs before receiving an exfoliation. Avoid sun burns that could impede your enjoyment or or ability to receive spa treatments
What should I wear when using the Spa facilities?
For your comfort we will provide you with a luxurious robe, towels and slippers to use throughout your visit, however we would like to advise you to bring a bathing suit if you wish to use our unisex thermal suite.
What should I wear to receive Spa treatments?
You can wear anything that you feel comfortable with. The spa will provide you a disposable slip for the body treatments.
Where should I leave my jewelry and valuable objects?
We suggest you to leave all your valuable belongings inside the security box in your room. The Spa is not responsible for any loss.
Who will assist me with the selection of the treatments?
Our Spa reception will assist you with the appropriate selection and sequence of your treatments and all the therapists will kindly help you with any questions you may have.
Can I request to receive the treatments from a man or woman therapist in particular?
Yes, certainly, but we can not guarantee the availability of a specific therapist, either a man or a women. However, all our therapists have been trained to protect and respect your privacy.
Can I have a spa treatment if I am pregnant?
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Spa receptionist to assist you in selecting suitable pre-natal treatments for this special time.
What happens if I have any physical impediments?
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment or use of the Spa facilities.
