We invite you to the Crème de la Crème Junior Chefs Academy at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester. Junior chefs ages 11-18 can participate in a series of exclusive seasonal baking workshops with talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. The class will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel for a maximum of 5 students per workshop. Crème de la Crème Academy junior chefs will learn everything from kitchen safety to baking techniques. They will prepare fun recipes that they can take home with them to recreate with family and friends.
Each student will receive a chef’s apron, chef’s hat and set of baking tools to use during the class. Each class is $100 per student.2015 Class Dates:
- Sunday, May 17; 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday, June 6; 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- Sunday, August 2; 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Sunday, November 15; 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
