Crème de la Crème Junior Chefs Academy

 Little Chef

Junior chefs ages 11-18 can participate in a series of exclusive seasonal workshops with talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. The class will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel for a maximum of 5 students per workshop. Crème de la Crème Academy junior chefs will l prepare fun recipes that they can take home with them to recreate with family and friends. Each class is $100 per student.
