White Plains Farmer’s Market
September 2, 2015


Join Executive Chef Kennardo Holder for a culinary excursion to the White Plains Farmer’s Market. Chef Holder will meet guests in the lobby at 2 p.m. prompt, the first Wednesday of every month beginning May through October. The market is a two-minute walk, across the street from the hotel.

Greenwich Wine & Food Festival

The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze
October 2-4, 9-12, 15-18, 21-31, 2015


See more than 6,000 individually hand-carved, illuminated jack o' lanterns in this elaborate walkthrough experience. Meander through an historic, 18th-century riverside landscape and discover a breathtaking display, all made of jack o' lanterns.

Horseman's Hollow
October 2-3, 9-11, 16-18, 23-25, 29-31. 2015


Taking the tale of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow to its darkest extremes, Horseman’s Hollow returns for a sixth year of highly entertaining haunted mayhem. Philipsburg Manor transforms into a terrifying landscape ruled by the undead, the evil, and the insane. Visitors begin walking a haunted trail, stumbling upon scary scenes of a town driven mad by the Headless Horseman, followed by entering the terrifying ruins of Ichabod’s Schoolhouse, where they must endure a twisted maze of Halloween horrors.

Crème de la Crème Junior Chefs Academy
November 15, 2015 from 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Little Chef

We invite you to the Crème de la Crème Junior Chefs Academy at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester. Junior chefs ages 11-18 can participate in a series of exclusive seasonal baking workshops with talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. The class will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel for a maximum of 5 students per workshop. Crème de la Crème Academy junior chefs will learn everything from kitchen safety to baking techniques. They will prepare fun recipes that they can take home with them to recreate with family and friends.

Each student will receive a chef’s apron, chef’s hat and set of baking tools to use during the class. Each class is $100 per student.
