We invite you to the Crème de la Crème Junior Chefs Academy at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester. Junior chefs ages 11-18 can participate in a series of exclusive seasonal baking workshops with talented Ritz-Carlton pastry chefs. The class will be held in the pastry kitchen of the hotel for a maximum of 5 students per workshop. Crème de la Crème Academy junior chefs will learn everything from kitchen safety and baking techniques to fun recipes that they can take home with them and recreate with family and friends.

Join Executive Chef Kennardo Holder for a culinary excursion to the White Plains Farmers Market. Chef Holder will meet guests in the lobby at 2 p.m. prompt, the first Wednesday of every month beginning May through October. The market is a two-minute walk, across the street from the hotel.

During Bicycle Sundays, a portion of the Bronx River Parkway is closed to cars for the exclusive use of bicycles, joggers, walkers scooters and strollers. The course runs from Westchester County Center in White Plains, south to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers, total of 13.1 miles

Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
