Food and Beverage Upgrades

  • Chocolate Fountain with Marshmallow Lollipops, Rice Krispie Treats, Fresh Fruit Skewers, Biscotti and Madeleines - $24 per guest
  • Fruits Jubilee: Peaches, Pears or Cherries with Brandy Served Over Vanilla Ice Cream - $20 per guest
  • Butler-Passed Miniature Desserts: White Chocolate-Dipped Oreos, Mini Whoopie Pies, Milkshake Shooters and Cheesecake Lollipops - $14 per guest
  • We will happily extend the bar and overall event timeframe with the below additional charges:
    • For a Three Hour Package, a $15 per hour per person charge based on the guaranteed number of attendance will apply.
    • For a Four Hour Package, a $10 per hour per person charge based on the guaranteed number of attendance will apply.
NOTE: Extending your party will also depend on confirmation of space availability from your Meetings & Special Events Manager and/or your Banquet Captain.

Additional Pricing Information

  • All food and beverage items/audio visual services/room rental services are subject to a 22% service charge. A 8.375% New York State sales tax applies to all charges.
  • The Ritz-Carlton recommends one (1) bartender per 75 guests. The labor fee for bartenders is $200 each, plus applicable taxes.
  • Chef attendants are required at Culinary Action Stations to assist your guests. The labor fee associated with these services is $200 per chef attendant or $300 per sushi chef, plus applicable taxes.
  • Coat Check Services will be provided upon request at a charge of $200 per two attendants, plus applicable taxes.
  • A 25% deposit will be required to reserve the space.
