The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester Club Level is reserved for guests staying on the Fifth Floor of the hotel and is often referred to as a “private hotel within a hotel” -- where a Club concierge attends to individual needs in a dedicated, elegant lounge, featuring complimentary beverages and culinary delights throughout the day.
The Club experience begins once a reservation is made. A guest relations agent ensures each guest preference is anticipated and met. Upon check-in, guests may retreat, via keyed elevator access, to their Club Room. Entree to the Club Lounge offers the below special amenities.
