The Grill focusses on fine seasonal and regional cuisine with the best of international and carefully chosen local ingredients. Opened for lunch and dinner, guests can choose from a wide variety of á la carte dishes including several vegetarian options. To accompany the contemporary food concept, the creative wine list features wines from predominantly young and upcoming wine makers.

Everything within The Grill is designed to blend harmoniously together. The leather armchairs of the Italian manufacturer Driade come from the design workshop of Philippe Starck, just as the oversized vases which set colorful accents. Large panoramic windows offer a varied, yet almost dramatic view on the historic facade of the VW power plant on the other side of the harbour basin.
