Vivarium is Latin for "Place of Life". The Vivarium Wolfsburg is located in an abandoned quarry and home to a broad array of bird species including geese, parakeets, pheasants and peacocks who share this idyllic place with rabbits, guinea pigs and squirrels. You can be part of this unique experience of nature with a hands-on environmental education adventure amongst the flora and fauna. Projects include feeding the animals, rebuilding cages and facilities and assisting in rejuvenating the ecosystem by planting seedlings.Your important volunteer commitment will help the under-resourced Vivarium to grow, flourish and even exist. Transportation is provided by the hotel. Depart at 9:30 a.m., returning at 3 p.m. Children 18 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations: are requested one week in advance:

Enjoy your lunch break at our restaurant The Grill. From Monday to Friday we serve varying lunch dishes including water, coffee and valet parking at a price of 16 Euro per person. The Business Lunch will be adapted to seasonal offers monthly.

Treat yourself with an Afternoon Tea in the elegant ambience of our Lobby Lounge and admire the view of the impressive Kraftwerk. Accompanied by an exquisite assortment of loose leaf teas we are serving freshly prepared English tea sandwiches, homemade scones as well as finest pralinés and petit fours.

From September 16 on gourmets can enjoy the Champagne-Staccato Brunch at the restaurant The Grill. Every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. we will serve cold and warm dishes staccato-style in several courses directly at your table.

Enjoy our exclusive delicacies including half of a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne as well as corresponding white and red wines.

A highlight of this experience is our dessert buffet to which we will serve tea and coffee specialties.
