West Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence

Dorado, Puerto Rico

The legendary Dorado Beach Resort in Puerto Rico is being redeveloped to include the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve branded residences. West Beach offers 2- to 4-bedroom condominiums located directly on the beach first selected by Laurance Rockefeller 50 years ago as the location for the original Dorado Beach hotel. East Beach residences include 5-bedroom beachfront villas and 2- and 3-bedroom golf villas fronting the famous East and West Courses of Dorado Beach. With almost two miles of beachfront, and the service of Ritz-Carlton Reserve, these contemporary homes offer owners a limited opportunity to become part of the history of Dorado Beach.

Owners also receive membership in the Dorado Beach Club. Membership includes access to four Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed golf courses, the new 8,000 square-foot Fitness and Wellness Center, multiple dining venues, and The Watermill, a $12 million aquatic park. Delivery is expected to be in late 2012.
