With a Delicious Three-Course Menu that's Perfect for Sharing

Artisan Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common celebrates Valentine’s Day weekend with a special three-course dinner menu that's perfectly suited for sharing. Executive Chef Frank Kassner has composed a menu with tantalizing dishes that can be ordered a la carte or part of a three-course, price fixed menu that is guaranteed to delight all senses.  The 2016 Valentine’s Day menu is offered on February 12, 13 and 14 for dinner only.  Cost is $65.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.  

Menu includes:

1st  Course (choice of)
Cherry Wood Smoked Powder Point Oysters with Grapefruit Caviar
or
Foie Gras Parfait with Pomegranate Port Wine Syrup, Brioche Crumbles


2nd Course (choice of)

Butter Poached Lobster, Celery Root Mousseline, Gnocchi, Roasted Cauliflower and a Shellfish Nage
or
Filet Mignon, Vidalia Onion Puree, Fines Herbs, Bone Marrow Crostini, Salsify and a Cabernet Jus
And finish with a Chocolate indulgence for two:


3rd Course (shared dessert)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry, kiwi, pear,
Dried Fruit and Nut bark, dulce de leche 

Before or after dinner in Artisan Bistro, guests are invited to raise a glass of bubbly to toast their romantic evening in Avery Bar, located in the hotel's lobby directly across from Artisan Bistro.  As part of an exclusive relationship between The Ritz-Carlton and Moet Chandon, a bottle of Moet is offered at the incredible price of $75 (suggested retail is $150). Or guests may enjoy a sip of Moet Chandon by the glass for $17 (suggested retail is $34). The elevated marble fireplace in Avery Bar greets all guests who are looking to celebrate Valentine's Day together in a sumptuously warm and inviting setting.
