Boston, MASS, [June 21, 2015] - Artisan Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common is pleased to introduce a new summer menu that offers dishes that are light and fresh while highlighting seasonal farm-fresh ingredients like peas, fava beans, morels, tomatoes and asparagus. Fresh seafood also plays an integral part on the new menu including dishes with haddock filets and day boat scallops. Ipswich clams are making their way onto the menu as well in a new flatbread and, of course, the restaurant's lobster tacos remain a guest favorite. Ritz-Carlton Executive Chef Frank Kassner also points out a personal favorite dish. He says, "Our house cut Delmonico will be the envy of anyone who loves a delicious steak since we insert beef tenderloin into a rib eye to create this unique cut and flavor."
